1 Appellant, Paul Cervantes, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted for the crime of Robbery with Firearms, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in the Distract Court, Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-75-1258, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1974 Â§ 801 [21-801]. Trial was had before a jury on the 17th day of September, 1975, and in accordance with the jury verdict, the defendant was sentenced to serve a term of One Hundred (100) years imprisonment. From said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
